Laser Sintering

lPBF (Laser Powder Bed Fusion) — or DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering) — also builds components directly from 3D CAD files. In this method, a powdered metal is dispersed across the machine’s base plate in increments 20 microns thick, then fused together using a focused laser beam.

lPBF parts require no post sintering or other filtration process.
