CalRAM’s Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) technologies can process a broad range of materials used in aerospace, military and advanced industrial applications. Unlike subtractive manufacturing, which yields high scrap rates and expensive forgings, additive manufacturing is quick and responsive when optimal process parameters for materials are in place. In addition, almost 100% of the powder for a part is used or recycled.
